Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months.
Bank Solvency Certificate
Visiting Card.
Recent Two (02) Copy Photo. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
National Identity Card Copy.
Income Tax Certificate ( Last 03 Years )

For Business Person:- 

Renewal Trade License.
Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner-director of a company)
Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad
Import / Export Certificate - if any

For Job Holder:-

No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Salary Certificate
Pay Slips - if any
G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport
BMDC certificate for Doctor 
BAR Council Certificate for Advocate

For Student:-

Student ID card photocopy.
Leave letter from school, college, or university
Birth Certificate (only for children & infants).

Others:- 

Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport)
Other financial documents ( Fixed deposit/Sanchay Patra/Share documents ) - if any
Credit card statement - if any
Asset Valuation (Summary of Property, Bank Statement, Fixed Deposit, and Other Financial Documents).
Family information ( Parents, Spouse, Child & Sibling's name, date of birth & current country of residence )
